Overview:

 

The Clinical Team Leader will provide secondary leadership that supports the Clinical Coordinator (CSC)-Lead and the Unit Manager through focusing primarily on effective education and onboarding, supervising and coaching the frontline to ensure high standards of Quality, Safety, and Service. They will track outcomes through data obtained from audits, direct monitoring, and investigations. In collaboration with the manager, they will directly manage accountability conversations ensuring timely follow up on identified opportunities. The CSC - Lead will perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our Mission, Values and Mercy Service Standards

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of accredited nursing program, BSN preferred
  • Licensure: Currently licensed in the state of Oklahoma
  • Experience: Two years direct patient care experience as a registered nurse and one year experience as department charge nurse.
  • Certifications: BLS, PEARS and/or PALS within one (1) year
