Under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Acute Care Therapies and according to standards of treatment, performs objective assessments as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages, according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral.
Education: Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy. Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
Licensure: Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy. Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support required.
